About

I'm Alex Vasilev, a professor of the Department of Software Systems and Technologies, Faculty of Information Technology, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine). I have taught programming in C+-+-, C+ACM, Java, PHP, JavaScript, and Python for more than 20 years. I also have written over 30 programming books. My research interests are synergetic, biophysics, mathematical methods in economics, modeling of social and political processes, and mathematical linguistics. Here are some other of my activities.
